One month after giving birth, Kourtney Kardashian has debuted the first photo of daughter Penelope Scotland Disick and she is on the cover of Us Weekly, "Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her," the reality star says in an issue that goes on newsstands Friday and which contain insight into how Mason is adjusting to life as a brother and why Scott Disick won't change diapers.
