Count Justin Bieber among those excited for the return of the NHL.

While controversy swells around Bieber, photos of him smoking pot and his friendship with Lil Twist, the singer took to Instagram yesterday and debuted yet another tattoo, this one located on his upper left back and dedicated to both a relative and a favorite pastime.

Explaining the ink - which is the Indian chief logo for the Stratford Cullitons junior ice hockey team - Justin wrote:

"My grandfather always took me to the stratford culliton every friday night this is for u Grampa ... My man @chenterios hooked it up"

Insiders confirm to TMZ that Kim and Kanye West have turned down - yes, TURNED DOWN - a $3 million offer from a tabloid to publish the first photos of the couple's impending child.

Of course, Kardashian and West may simply be playing a negotiation game here. But for now they truly do seem committed to some kind of private life for the young one.
Previous reports indicated that the Kimye baby would not appear on the family's E! reality show, either.
We have no idea what's going on here. But this is good news for we Kim K lovers and bad news for haters.

With Kim Kardashian pregnant, only one real question remains:

The gender of the baby? The name? Please.
Whether or not the child will be featured on the family's reality show, of course!
Network President Suzanne Kolb told The Hollywood Reporter that "we love it when this close-knit family gets even bigger," implying producers would love to film every waking second of Baby Kimye.
But will the parents sign off on raising their child in front of the camera?
No, according to TMZ sources, which allege Kim and Kanye actually plan to be protective of their offspring. No spinoff, no E! special, no series regular status on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Rihanna and Chris Brown looked happier than ever celebrating Christmas Day together at the Lakers game, then New Year's Day snuggled up in bed.

As usual, however, drama is never far from the controversial couple.

Just before Christmas, he jetted off to Paris with ex Karrueche Tran, and allegedly banged French reality star Ayem Nour with Karrueche's permission.

Now, he's also been linked to Sommer Gargan. Whoever that is.

“He slept with her two different times at his recording studio,” an insider tells celebrity gossip magazine In Touch of Gargan, a blonde executive assistant.

This wasn't a one-off foreign booty call like Nour, either. After meeting through mutual friends, “They’ve been texting ever since ... even when he’s with Rihanna.”

After a long period of speculation, Rihanna and Chris Brown resumed their friendship-turned love affair in earnest this fall after he broke up with Karrueche.

They're clearly exchanging bodily fluids again ... the question is whether it's monogamous. Particularly on Chris' side. .

Fittingly, Rihanna and Chris released a HOT duet together called "Nobody's Business" this fall, reportedly all about their tumultuous relationship.

We're guessing that would be their response to this story.

Justin Bieber Pot Photos Surface, Singer Promises to "Be Better"

Photos of Justin Bieber smoking marijuana have surfaced, with the singer acknowledging the incident and making a pledge to fans.

TMZ posted the scandalous Bieber pictures, which were snapped at a party inside a Newport Beach hotel on January 2.

That's the day after a member of the paparazzi was killed in pursuit of Bieber, after claiming to a friend that he saw the artist smoking up while driving.

Insiders tell the site that Bieber's close friend Lil Twist was rolling blunts for all attendees at the event, while the star's security detail was also present.

Following the release of the pictures, Justin hit up Twitter and issued the following statement:

“Everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up. back on tour tomorrow. ready to see u all smile. time to do what im supposed to be doing. performing. #BELIEVEtour
