Following the Thanksgiving brawl between Aubry and Berry's fiance, actor Olivier Martinez - which resulted in Aubry receiving a black eye and being arrested for battery a judge issued the actress a protective order against her ex.
But it expires today.
As a result, Berry's attorneys will be in family court this week, seeking to force Aubry to keep 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and daughter Nahla for an indefinite period of time.
