          Its with tears I am writing this to you. I am writing this after series of heartaches and pain. Each time I meet someone, I mistake him for 'YOU'. It seems all sweet at first and then 'POW', the scales fall of my eyes and I realize this can never be YOU!

I am the most selfless person you would ever know. I don't like arguements, they break me. And I can't keep malice or bear to see us unhappy because of a flimsy quarrel.
       I hope you like home cooked meal, because I absolutely love cooking and I hope you start learning how to dote on a woman because I love attention.
      I do not ask for much financially, just be comfortable and show me you have prospects and we'll click cos I'm a home builder and I wouldn't mind extra motivation from you.

Its been a longgggggggg timeeeee.
Yea i know, its terrible when you loose someone too close to you.
it affect you and for a long time you might not get back together.
Now i know how easy it is to say "take heart, it gets better with time".
for real, it get better but before it does........uhmmm
there are times, i dint want it to get better, i want the pain to remain for as long as it can, cos when it get better something else comes...GUILT
The feeling of betrayal, the feeling that you are forgetting too soon all the wonderful memories you made.
That is not always the case, and even though you know its not that way, u still cant help the guilt when it descend on you.

This year has been one of a kind, Have lost 2 close friends, an uncle and an aunt, all in d first half of the year. I pray God in his infinite mercy put an end to death around me and may he give myself and all those mourning a reason to smile again.

Today, i pick up my pen again.
 and something tells me this blog will be a lot more personal than it ever was.

i will try to post as much as i can, even if they are stolen articles.

Why Wizkid Left EME To Float StarBoy Records

Facts have begun to emerge regarding the real story behind Wizkid and Banky's fallout. The reason is not unconnected with the rising sensational singer being made a cash cow for the EME label. An Insider opened up that Wizzy is at war with Banky W and EME because he wants a contract review which Banky W has refused to grant him.

 

The source pointed out that since Ayodeji Balogun known as Wizkid signed with EME, he has been getting just 25% from whatever he gets paid to perform at an event with Banky W's Empire Mate Entertainment. EME is owned by Banky W and Segun Demuren who get 50%; and Osagie, Wizzy's ex-manager who introduced him to Banky after big record labels like Mo-Hits and Storm records rejected him, also got 25% from his hard earned money.

“It is true they are having problems and this might just be the end of EME and Wizkid. When Wizzy signed his first (and last)contract with EME late in 2009, he saw Banky as his messiah because he was nobody in the music industry. It was a 75-25 sharing formula.

Kim Kardashian would like to be clear: she is committed to her family's reality show.

Following an interview with Dujour magazine - in which Kim hinted at some kind of "evolution" in life and some people took it to mean she was quitting Keeping Up with the Kardashians - the pregnant star took to her blog to clarify this monumental story.
"We are extremely proud of the show and all of us are staying on through at least season 10," Kim writes, adding something that ought to make Kanye West and her unborn baby feel simply fantastic:
"The show remains to be my number 1 priority and it’s a big part of my life and I enjoy every moment of it."
So what does Kardashian have planned next?!?

Report following the autopsy carried out after her sudden death at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos revealed that the Kennis Music star, suffered a terminal ‘hypertensive heart disease’ which resulted to’ intracerebellar haemorrhage.’ The autopsy carried out February 19, was signed by Dr. O.O Oyewole of the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine. The burial arrangement for the former Big Brother Africa house mate will be announced by the family.

Goldie died on Valentine’s Day shortly after she returned from Los Angeles, United States where she attended the 55th Grammy Awards

The bathroom is now the focus of a murder inquiry.
As a bail hearing continued Wednesday in the shocking murder case, police testified that they discovered testosterone and needles inside the athlete's home.

Defense lawyers countered that Oscar Pistorius took no banned performance-enhancing drugs, describing the substances found as purely herbal.
According to the International Paralympic Committee, the star tested drug-free as recently as last September. Still, the "roid rage" questions linger.

Pistorius, 26, has claimed the fatal shooting was a case of mistaken identity, and that he thought he was firing on an intruder locked in his bathroom.Pistorius looked distraught and sobbed with his head lowered as the packed court heard the post-mortem showed three entrance wounds - the bullets hit the right side of Miss Steenkamp's head, her right elbow - which resulted in a broken arm - and her hip.

Debbie Ford Dies; Self-Help Author Was 57

Debbie Ford, a best-selling author known for the book "The Dark Side of Light Chasers," has passed away after a long battle with cancer. She was 57.

 

A family spokesman confirms that Ford died at home in San Diego.

Her 1998 self-help book spawned an empire for the author, as she aimed to help readers overcome their personal demons.

Ford went on to pen eight more books, lead workshops and host TV/radio shows devoted to this topic. She also shared her own struggles with drug addiction and a divorce.

Wrote Ford's sister in a statement:

"From the time she was a little girl, Debbie was one of those people who had a strong mind of her own, and did things on her own terms and that is how she lived. And she was always so funny! Even up to the end, she had us laughing.

"She leaves us with such an impressive body of work. We know that her contributions will live on through the millions of people she has touched with her books and teachings, and the thousands she has trained in her work."

She is survived by her mother, son and brother and May her soul rest in peace

The mystery man who took Britney Spears out for a Valentine's Day dinner and played golf with her over the weekend has been identified! Sort of!

He is ... a random, normal-seeming guy named David.

No surname for now. Just David.

 

David works for a law firm, though he is not a lawyer. He does "field research," according to TMZ. He is 27 and is clearly not wealthy. Just ... regular.

Not the worst thing, given her history.

As for his relationship with Britney Spears, they met through friends at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif., where the star lives.

He's a big golfer and has been teaching her the sport; the pop icon has actually taken a liking to golf and is thinking about becoming a club member.

As for their Valentine's Day date, it wasn't particularly eventful, but David did pay. The bill for the pair's sushi dinner came out to about $60.

David tipped $13, your standard 20 percent.

Spears' reps have not commented about the relationship, so it's unclear if they are officially dating, but if he's buying her dinner ... he probably sees it that way!

Okay, I hardly comment on entertainment and showbiz news. I prefer to stay on the national issues/political terrain which are my jurisdiction. However, I could not hold back the temptation to do a piece on Darey’s ‘Love Like A Movie’ concert.

No doubt, the LLAM held in Lagos was superb; star-studded, proper management, lights, sounds et al. In fact not a few have adjudged the show the best of its type in recent years. The ovation and positive review was not unexpected considering the artiste involved. Dude is good-looking, knows his onions, greatly talented and business oriented.

About a week to the D-day, news went viral that renowned Reality TV girl, Kim Kardashian, will be in the country as a co-host of the event. At 8:20pm of Saturday, February 16, 2013, she flew in.

Trust Nigerian blogs, before her arrival, no other news existed. Even major news tabloids caught the bug. At least for three straight days, it was Kim this, Kim that.

Oscar Pistorius: I Thought Reeva Steenkamp Was an Intruder!

Oscar Pistorius swore in a South African courtroom Tuesday that he believed he was shooting an intruder last week - not girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

As the Olympian's lawyer read a sworn deposition claiming her death was an accident, prosecutors scoffed, saying he was hell-bent on murdering her.

He is charged with doing so in premeditated fashion.

 

Pistorius says he believed an intruder was in his house on Valentine's Day and he felt vulnerable because he was in bed without his prosthetic legs.

That's why he fired bullets through a bathroom door, killing Reeva Steenkamp, who prosecutors counter was hiding from him and cowering in there.

Officials say Pistorius' motive was simple: "I want to kill."

Prosecutor Gerrie Nel said the Olympian now only knew she was in there, he took the time to put his prosthetic legs on, walk 23 feet, and fire on her.

Oscar Pistorius claims he had no idea he was shooting at Steenkamp until he realized she was not in his bed. He said, "It filled me with horror and fear."

He claims he didn't have his prosthetic legs on when he fired, and only after that point did he put his legs on, walk over to the door and bash it open.

The 26-year-old sprinter says he bashed the door open with his cricket bat, discovered Steenkamp mortally wounded and carried her downstairs.

"She died in my arms," he said.

Prosecutors claim Pistorius and Steenkamp had just finished a shouting match when she fled and he fired four shots into the bathroom out of rage.

In the latest issue of DuJour, Kim Kardashian puts to rest rumors that she's upset about her pregnancy weight gain.

How so?

By flaunting both the Kim Kardashian baby bump and her natural complexion for photographer Bruce Weber, posing in a bikini and going practically makeup-free in her first shoot since the December 30 announcement that she's expecting.

Inside the magazine, Kim says she's learned a lot from Kanye West, specially when it comes to "privacy."

"I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships," she says. "I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything. I'm shifting my priorities."
We'll try to ignore the irony of Kardashian saying this TO A MAGAZINE.
Kim also hints that the ninth season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians may be her last: "I just feel so blessed and excited and ready for the next phase."

Gunman kills lover, 7 family members in Lagos

It was a bloody weekend at Igando area of Lagos State, when a suspected kidnapper said to be operating in Delta State, attacked the Lagos home of his girlfriend, killing her and seven others.

Vanguard gathered that the alleged kidnapper, identified simply as Henry, who is currently on the run, stormed the home of his girlfriend known as Sandra, around 10 p.m on Saturday, with an Ak-47 rifle and opened fire on all the occupants of the apartment, leaving Sandra, her elder sister, with two of her elder sister’s children dead.

Sandra’s twin sister and one of her elder sister’s daughter, however, survived.

Henry was also said to have proceeded to the home of another of Sandra’s elder sisters, living in the area, where he reportedly killed the woman and her three children.

The news of the killing quickly threw the area into disarray, as residents hurriedly shut their doors to avoid being hit by the rampaging kidnapper.

Veteran actor Justus Esiri passes on

Another day another incredibly sad news. Legendary actor Justus Esiri has died. The Member of the Order of the Niger (MON), famous for his role as the Village Headmaster in popular 80's sitcom of the same name, passed on last night. No details yet on the cause of death, but will update you guys as soon as I know something.

Justus Esiri has featured in several Nollywood movies and is the father of Mavin artist, Dr Sid. May his soul rest in peace...amen
